Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of transportation services provided by Texas VIP Transport (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking or using our services, you (“client,” “passenger,” or “you”) agree to these Terms.


1. Booking & Confirmation

All rides must be booked in advance through phone, website, or email.

A booking is confirmed only when you receive written or verbal confirmation from us.

You are responsible for providing accurate pickup times, locations, and passenger details.


2. Rates & Payment

Prices are based on vehicle type, distance, time, and service requested.

Additional charges may apply for tolls, parking, waiting time, extra stops, or damages.

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.

We accept major credit cards and other approved payment methods.

Deposits may be required for long-distance or event bookings.


3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Standard rides: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pickup.

Cancellations within 24 hours: May be charged up to 100% of the fare.

No-shows: Full fare will be charged.

If the driver arrives and cannot reach you after 15 minutes of waiting, it is considered a no-show.


4. Delays & Responsibilities

We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, accidents, or other events beyond our control.

We strongly recommend scheduling airport pickups and drop-offs with sufficient buffer time.


5. Passenger Conduct

For safety and comfort:

Seatbelts are required at all times.

No smoking, vaping, alcohol abuse, or illegal substances.

Respectful behavior toward drivers is mandatory.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any passenger who is violent, intoxicated, or poses a safety risk.

Any damage to the vehicle caused by passengers will be charged to the client.


6. Luggage & Personal Items

Passengers are responsible for their belongings.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged items.

Please inform us in advance if you have oversized or special luggage.


7. Vehicle Availability

Specific vehicle requests will be honored when possible.

We reserve the right to substitute a vehicle of equal or higher class at no extra charge.


8. Safety & Insurance

All drivers are licensed and insured.

All vehicles are regularly inspected and maintained.

We follow all state and federal transportation regulations.


9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.


10. Changes to Reservations

Time or location changes must be requested as early as possible.

We will accommodate changes based on availability.

Last-minute changes may incur additional fees.


11. Service Refusal

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse service at our discretion if:

The client violates these Terms

Safety is at risk

Payment issues occur

Illegal activity is suspected


12. Privacy

We respect your privacy. Personal information is used only to provide and improve our services. See our Privacy Policy for full details.


13. Force Majeure

We are not liable for service interruptions due to events outside our control, including but not limited to weather, natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or emergencies.


14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate state or federal courts located in Texas.


15. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
